2. If you are a Maverick Insider who signed up for the youth/pension deal, please reach out to our support team to assist with resending your Pick n Pay asap! vouchers.
3. Your Maverick Insider membership is on hold. Please follow the steps on this link to update your card details.
4. The email either landed in your spam folder or has been blocked by your email service provider. This is especially the case for non-Gmail addresses. If you are using a non-Gmail account there may also be an additional delay on your email service provider’s side when delivering the mail.
How to resolve it?
Please check the spam folder.
Add [email protected] to your contacts book, since that can help in the filtering process.
Send the attached whitelist PDF form to your email service provider, requesting that emails coming from [email protected] be whitelisted. We often find this is the case with smaller, non-Gmail accounts.
